Give me one good reason that a DfE registered product would not be included in the LEED program...ie: kickbacks!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04266828867820855717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2253255273965803452.post-9561147433086792482012-06-05T12:27:23.085-04:002012-06-05T12:27:23.085-04:00I love it! And maybe look up the word "choice" when you have a moment. The notion that one pilot LEED credit somehow eliminates choice is nonsensical to everyone but chemical industry shills.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2253255273965803452.post-83484953079553093352012-06-05T09:24:18.047-04:002012-06-05T09:24:18.047-04:00This is good news.. some of us are still working o...This is good news.. some of us are still working on V2.2 projects! Please look clearly at tthe cost & political fall out of implimenting more strict & complicated procedures. You are pushing the construction industry away for the sake of minimal long term savings with large up-front costs - Balance is needed.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2253255273965803452.post-67486751846822624202012-06-05T07:38:35.038-04:002012-06-05T07:38:35.038-04:00The delay in the launch of LEED 2012 is a wise mov...The delay in the launch of LEED 2012 is a wise move on the part of USGBC and allows it to educate and inform the users and the public more fully about the proposed improvements to the LEED Rating System. It will also give USGBC a chance to hone the system that will support LEED v4 so hopefully it will not experience the type of growing pains and problems that have been experienced with LEED 2009. I hope the USGBC takes a hard look at the "real" chemicals of concern and relies soley on scientific evidence. As a building products manufacturer, we see nothing wrong with PVC. We offer our customers both PVC and non-PVC products. Doesn't everyone deserve a choice? I hope that v4 looks at the facts and doesn't let opinions drive its policy.Marc Holland, InPro Corporationhttp://www.inprocorp.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2253255273965803452.post-10406991232613042232012-06-04T22:15:32.714-04:002012-06-04T22:15:32.714-04:00LEED has been embraced by the global market so far...LEED has been embraced by the global market so far and will continue on its path of phenomenal success.
